The room was clean and the shower was beautifully designed, providing a lovely experience for my family.

We were disappointed that the heated swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

The unfinished state of the property led to some noise and cleanliness issues in communal areas!!! Limited options for dining, especially for vegetarians!!!

It was just a great match for a trip in Serris with decent value for money. The restaurant had a delicious menu that exceeded my expectations. Try to arrive on a weekday for a quieter dining experience.

The restaurant served fantastic food, pleasantly exceeding my expectations. I also appreciated that the room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax after our daily excursions.

Some facilities, like the pool, were not available during our visit.

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring Disneyland and visiting Val d'Europe for some shopping. The hotel was well-located, and the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. The morning breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff were always ready to help. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun group getaway!

The family room was spacious with a kitchenette, perfect for snacks. Super clean with comfy beds. The staff were super helpful. We loved that we could bring our dog to the restaurant. Fountains on every floor for drinking water were a nice touch.

Had a fantastic stay with new, spotless amenities, the in-house arcade was awesome! Would've loved more organization at breakfast, but overall would definitely come back!
